What we believe about…

The Bible

  • It is God’s Word, a written testament of His heart and love for each of us
  • In it, He has shown us the way to walk, the truth to live by, and the life worth living in this world and the next.

God Himself

  • There is just one God. He created all things
  • He was real, is real and will be real forever
  • He exists eternally in three persons (the Trinity) as, God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit

Jesus Christ

  • Jesus Christ is the God-man, truly God and truly man
  • His supernatural birth was brought about by the Holy Spirit overshadowing a virgin, named Mary, who agreed with God’s purpose for her life.
  • As He grew, He met many temptations, just like you and me, but never sinned.
  • He performed many miracles
  • He laid down His life on the cross for us.
  • His blood was spilled as the perfect sacrifice to take away our sins.
  • On the 3rd day, He physically rose from the dead and ascended to take His place beside our Father in heaven.
  • One day, He will personally return to earth in power and glory

We believe…

  • That everyone is guilty of sin
  • To avoid eternal separation from God, we need to receive salvation by grace through faith in the shed blood of Jesus
  • The Holy Spirit came to earth when Jesus went to heaven
  • He lives in all who ask Him to lead and guide us into all truth and to be Christ’s witnesses with power
  • In the final judgment; there is the resurrection of the saved and the lost
  • Those who believed in Jesus are saved to eternal life with God
  • Those who are lost will know a second death, which is eternal separation from God
  • All followers of Jesus are united through faith in Him
  • It is the mission of the church to go to all the world and make disciples of all nations
