PARENTS / KIDS

Parents, you are the spiritual leaders of your homes. Your children are looking to you for direction, encouragement, and support. The focus of Bethel’s Kids Ministry is to partner with leaders and parents to create a community in which kids learn to trust God’s character, experience God’s family, and enjoy an authentic relationship with Jesus.

We have three goals to see our families grow in here at Bethel. 

Authentic Faith - a relentless pursuit of a passionate relationship with God. This is a faith that is rooted in Scripture, reliant on hope, and established in the love and grace of God.

Significant Responsibility - providing students opportunities to do meaningful work in the church, training to do the work of the ministry (Ephesians 4:11-12) and doers, not just hearers, of the Word (James 1:22)

Ends of the Earth/Mission - sending out fully equipped students to live out their authentic faith beyond the walls of the church both here in Rochester and wherever God leads in the whole earth! 

INFANTS & TODDLERS 

Our Infant & Toddler Rooms are ready for your kids! Enter the main sanctuary and head around the corner to go up the stairs, through the double doors, to reach the Kids’ Check-in kiosks. After you sign your child(ren) in and receive their name tag, you can go down the stairs to bring them to class.

We also have our Family Room available in the back of the sanctuary for those who need to stretch and wiggle. There, parents can be with their kids and watch the service on TV.
Feel free to bring in a snack, coloring pages, and toys. 

PRESCHOOL & ELEMENTARY
[ 3 yrs - 5th Grade ] 

Both our preschool and elementary classes feature worship, a lesson, and fun ways to learn about God.

Enter the main sanctuary and head around the corner to go up the stairs, through the double doors, to reach the Kids’ Check-in kiosks. From there you can go down the stairs to bring your child(ren) to class. Be sure to register them before 10am; they won’t want to miss a thing! 

 

Nursing Mothers & Family Room

Each Sunday we offer a private area for nursing mothers equipped with a changing table and a TV to view the service.

If you’re a family that would like to stay together for the service, but just need a little more space, check out our Family Room – in the back of the sanctuary. It too has a TV to view the service. Feel free to bring toys, crayons/coloring pages, and snacks.

An usher would be happy to direct you.

Wednesdays

While the adults are attending Small Groups here at Bethel, our elementary age kids have their own age-appropriate programs! It’s a great time of mentoring/discipleship where your kids will learn how to walk as a Christ-follower, while enjoying gym-time, crafts, etc. Just sign them up by clicking HERE.

Enter the Admin. Bldg. on Anson Place and enter the brick building. Sign up kiosks for Children’s Ministry are in the foyer. Once you receive a name tag, you can bring your child(ren) to class. Pick up is at 8pm.

If you need childcare for kids age 4 & under, it’s necessary to register them. You can leave a message at 232-1136 ext. 34 or email info@bethelcf.com.
