If you have been approved to host a Bethel Ministry Event and need supplies such as disposable plates, napkins, coffee makers, etc., fill out the form below. With questions call 585-232-1136 ext. 10 or email us at info@bethelcf.com.
Your supplies will be on a cart before the ‘set-up’ time you indicated on this form. Please wash ALL items that you use. Please leave left-over/unused items on the cart when you’re done. Thank you!
