Weddings at Bethel
Due to the size of our congregation and the many activities, we reserve the right to host the weddings of those who call Bethel their home church. Currently we do not rent out our facility to those outside of our Bethel family.
If you are a faithful attendee, then scheduling your wedding begins here. Please fill out the form until you receive the notification, "your request has been submitted." Even if you’re just checking dates - you must complete the entire form. If the date you request is not available, you will be contacted about possible alternatives.
FAQ's:
1. Fees, if applicable, will be explained when you are contacted with an approval.
2. We will assume that you will be holding a rehearsal the day/evening before your wedding date and take that into consideration when checking availability.
3. Weddings are assigned a coordinator who will help you plan your event at Bethel, and help you communicate your needs with the Bethel staff.
4. It can take up to TWO WEEKS for you to receive an answer, and there is no guarantee that your request will be accepted.
We make every effort to respond quickly, and we do our best to accommodate our members, but the approval process takes time. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
