Welcome to Bethel’s Children’s Ministry

We’re so glad you’re planning to visit! Our goal is to provide a safe, fun, and welcoming environment where children of all ages can learn about God’s love and grow in their faith.

Before you come, know that you can park FOR FREE in any of our parking lots. Family Parking is in our main lot on Union St. Enter through the portico doors; to your right, you will see the “path” to our children’s classes. Just follow the colors to the classrooms to check in your kids.

Service Time

Children’s classes are available during our Sunday Service, from 10:00 - 11:30am

Check-In Information

When you follow the colored “path” to the classrooms, you’ll check in your child(ren) upon arrival. Our friendly volunteers will:

  • Help you register your child

  • Answer any questions

  • Walk you to the correct classroom if needed

Your child will be given a name tag, and you’ll be given a matching security tag to show when you pick up your child after service.

Kids Classes on Sundays

Noah’s Ark (Infant - 3 Years)

Our youngest children are cared for in a nurturing, secure environment. They experience God’s love through gentle play, songs, and age-appropriate Bible stories. Our trained volunteers create a warm space where little ones feel safe and loved.

Discipleville (Preschool - 6th Grade) 

In Discipleville, kids explore their faith in a fun, engaging way! Through Bible lessons, worship, crafts, games, and small-group activities, children build friendships while discovering how to live out their faith

Sunday Morning: Family & Parent Spaces

For your comfort, we have:

  • A nursing mother’s room - a private area and a TV to view the service. Located in the sanctuary, near the East Ave. and Union St. door, close to The Hub.

  • A family room - available to parents who prefer to keep their children with them, with a little more space, and a TV to view the service. Located in the back, near the Missions display. Feel free to bring toys, crayons/coloring pages, and snacks.

An usher would be happy to direct you.

WEDNESDAY NIGHTS
KIDS CLUB

Wednesdays Nights For Kids: 6:30 - 8pm

From September - June, while the adults are attending Wednesday Night Classes & Groups here at Bethel, our ELEMENTARY KIDS (ages 5 - 12) have Kids Club! It’s a time of mentoring/discipleship. Your kids will learn how to walk as a Christ-follower while having FUN, gym-time, crafts, etc. Just sign them up when you register for your class.

Check them in at the Admin. Building entrance before class. Park in The Link lot on 17 Anson Place.

Youth Group (Grades 6 - 12) 

Youth Group meets from 6:30 - 8pm. Students explore their faith through worship, Bible study, small-group discussions, and fun activities, designed to build community and grow spiritually. For more information, go to the Youth Page.

Safety Procedures

Your child’s safety is our top priority. We follow these procedures:

  • Secure Check-In System: Each child receives a name tag, and parents/guardians receive a matching security tag for pick-up.

  • Authorized Pick-Up Only: Children are released only to the adult with the matching security tag.

  • Trained & Screened Volunteers: All volunteers are background-checked and trained in children’s ministry safety.

  • Age-Appropriate Classrooms: Children are grouped by age for the safest and most effective learning environment.

  • Health & Cleanliness: Classrooms and toys are cleaned regularly. Please keep sick children at home to protect the health of all kids and volunteers.

  • Emergency Preparedness: Volunteers are trained to respond to emergencies and follow church safety protocols. With any questions, please ask a teacher.
