Welcome to Bethel’s Children’s Ministry

We’re so glad you’re planning to visit! Our goal is to provide a safe, fun, and welcoming environment where children of all ages can learn about God’s love and grow in their faith.

Before you come, know that you can park in the main parking lot on Union St., where we have Family Parking. Enter through the portico doors. Or park in the East Ave. corner parking lot, across the street. Wherever you enter, go to The Hub to check-in your kid(s) at the kiosk.

Service Time

Children’s classes are available during our Sunday Service, from 10:00 - 11:30am

Check-In Information

When you arrive, please stop at The Hub, located in the main sanctuary, near the 3 large windows on the East Ave. side of the building. This is where all children are checked in before heading to their classrooms. Our friendly volunteers will:

  • Help you register your child

  • Answer any questions

  • Walk you to the correct classroom if needed

Kids Classes

Noah’s Ark (Infant - 3 Years)

Our youngest children are cared for in a nurturing, secure environment. They experience God’s love through gentle play, songs, and age-appropriate Bible stories. Our trained volunteers create a warm space where little ones feel safe and loved.

Preschool & Elementary (4 Years - 6th Grade) 

Our preschool and elementary classes feature fun ways to learn about God.

Kids stay and worship with their families until they are released. During the offering, kids will be dismissed to go to The Hub. From there our Ministry Team will escort them to Kids’ Church. (Note, children must be checked-in before they leave the sanctuary.)

Youth Group

Grades 7 - 12; Wednesdays 6:30 - 8:00pm

Students explore their faith through worship, Bible study, small group discussions, and fun activities designed to build community and grow spiritually. Meets during the school year in Link.

Family & Parent Spaces

For your comfort, we have:

  • A nursing mother’s room - a private area and a TV to view the service. Located in the sanctuary, near the exit door on East Ave and Union St, close to The Hub.

  • A family room - available to parents who prefer to keep their children with them, with a little more space, and a TV to view the service. Located in the back, near the Missions display. Feel free to bring toys, crayons/coloring pages, and snacks.

WEDNESDAY NIGHTS’
KIDS CLUB

Wednesdays Nights

From September - June, while the adults are attending Wednesday Night Classes & Groups here at Bethel, our ELEMENTARY KIDS (ages 5 - 12) have Kids Club! It’s a time of mentoring/discipleship. Your kids will learn how to walk as a Christ-follower while having FUN, gym-time, crafts, etc. Just sign them up when you register for your class.

Check them in at the Admin Building entrance before class (17 Anson Place). Kids Club is from 6:30 - 8:00pm.

Safety Procedures

Your child’s safety is our top priority. We follow these procedures:

  • Secure Check-In System: Each child receives a name tag, and parents/guardians receive a matching security tag for pick-up.

  • Authorized Pick-Up Only: Children are released only to the adult with the matching security tag.

  • Trained & Screened Volunteers: All volunteers are background-checked and trained in children’s ministry safety.

  • Age-Appropriate Classrooms: Children are grouped by age for the safest and most effective learning environment.

  • Health & Cleanliness: Classrooms and toys are cleaned regularly. Please keep sick children at home to protect the health of all kids and volunteers.

  • Emergency Preparedness: Volunteers are trained to respond to emergencies and follow church safety protocols. With any questions, please ask a teacher.
