BETHEL IS HIRING A [part-time] Infant - Preschool Coordinator!

‍ ‍Position Responsibilities

  • Lead and support nursery and preschool volunteers, including recruitment, training, scheduling, communication, and encouragement

  • Provide oversight of nursery through preschool ministry and ensure proper safety and security procedures

  • Connect with and encourage parents and families

  • Plan and provide age-appropriate lessons and materials for teachers

  • Prepare, organize, and maintain classrooms

  • Lead, motivate, and equip volunteers to serve with excellence

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a strong personal relationship with Jesus, the body of Christ and God’s work in the world

  • Have a passion for and experience working with young children

  • Be able to lead, train, motivate, and encourage others

  • Desire ongoing personal, spiritual, and professional growth

  • Actively participate in worship and life at Bethel Christian Fellowship

Position Details

  • Part-time: 20 hours per week

  • Starting wage: $17.00 per hour

  • Onsite hours: Sunday mornings, Tuesday mornings, and Wednesday evenings (September–June)

  • Benefits include paid vacation, PTO, sick time, holidays, and 403(b) match
