The Women's Self-Defense Workshop on Saturday, July 18, from 1:00 - 4:00pm.
Park in The Link parking lot: 14 Anson Place, in Rochester, next to Bethel Christian Fellowship.
The cost is $35 cash/check. You’ll also want to bring some cash in case you want to purchase any self-defense gadgets. They’ll sell them for cash only. The range of the items will be $18 - 40.
