I understand and agree that it is critical to the mission and ministry of Bethel Christian Fellowship that all volunteers conform to the highest standards of safety, interpersonal conduct, and sexual morality. I affirm that I will strictly comply with Bethel Christian Fellowship policies and procedures, including those concerning child safety and protection, sexual abuse and misconduct, and interpersonal relationships. I understand and agree that failure by me to abide by such policies and procedures may result in immediate dismissal from my volunteer position(s). My responses above are true and correct. When we receive your picture, we will match your photo with the Volunteer Form you are about to submit. Please note that further steps in this screening process will follow once this form has been approved. Details will be sent through an email and/or hard copy.
